A Facilitator Support System that Overlooks Keywords Expressing the True Intentions of All Discussion Participants

This paper proposed the Keyword Movement Disclose System (KMDS), which allows a facilitator of discussion to watch record moving keywords in Discussion Board (DBS). In DBS, participants place each keyword box made for item be discussed. The were expected show participant’s opinion and intention, because individual display was not disclosed other participants. Therefore, if can see true opinions intentions all via boxes through KMDS, will more appropriately advance discussions able draw conclusions based on diverse opinions. Moreover, KMDS may contribute development an artificial intelligence facilitator. this paper, we conducted experiment ten facilitators asked listen recorded held by nine using DBS. Five used while listening discussion. It suggested that allow build consensus from various viewpoints participants, although results did much difference depending conditions with/without KMDS.
